RULES FOR VALIDATION OF INTERNATIONALIZED DOMAIN NAMES CONTAINING EMOJI
=======================================================================

Please note that different domain extensions on CentralNic's platform
may have policies which differ from, or are in addition to, the policies
listed here. Please consult the Registry Operator's website for further
information.

Emoji domains are validated for registration as follows:

   a. the candidate label must be a valid A-label as per the rules
      for domains in ASCII

   b. the domain must be a valid IDN, in that:

     i. it must be valid according to the rules of IDNA2008;

     ii. it must only contain lowercase characters;

     iii. it must be normalized according to Normalization Form C;

     iv. all the code points in the label must be present in the
         Character Table which appears below.

   c. additionally, all the graphemes which appear in the label must
      be present in the grapheme list that has been established for
      the domain extension in question.


Graphemes are extracted from the U-label in accordance with Unicode
Technical Report #29:
