 In addition to the code points listed below, the sequence 0EB2 0EB0 has been
 defined to facilitate implementation of WLE rule follows-vafter-context as a
 context rule.

 As this table is designed to validate registrations at the second-level, the
 repertoire includes Lao digits (U+0ED0-U+0ED9), ASCII digits (U+0030-U+0039),
 and HYPHEN-MINUS (U+002D).

 * repetition-mark-limit - The sign 0EC6 can only occur 0 to 3 times at the end
   of the label.
 
 No context rules apply to "consonant" code points.

 A label containing ASCII digits (U+0ED0-U+0ED9) cannot also contain Lao digits
 (U+0030-U+0039).


A Unicode string MUST NOT contain "--" (two consecutive hyphens) in the third- and fourth-character positions and MUST NOT start or end with a "-" (hyphen). See RFC5891, Section 4.2.3.1.
